Risk Control Strategies, Inc., a subsidiary of LRF/RM, was created to meet the needs of our risk management clients for expertise and support in the area of risk control. Most companies do not have the in-house staff or expertise to assume this function internally.
Acting as the safety and claims management department for corporations across the country, RCS offers a wide range of services in loss prevention and loss control and is frequently called upon for special assignments, audits and other diversified projects.
Risk Control Strategies evaluates workers' compensation insurance programs, audits safety and claims management systems and procedures, audits claim files, develops and monitors safety and claims management programs, assists in their implementation and offers on-going support in monitoring workers’ compensation and general liability claims. RCS also develops procedure manuals and runs in-house seminars.
